week fourteen . . . color study

Right around this time, each year, I start painting with the students.  This year was no different.  This week I started working with the students on a color study.  We mixed paint last year and learned how to use painting materials properly.  This year we are reviewing how to get a "paint setup," and will develop our paint mixing skills.  The students love to work with paint, and this is a great time for the students to love what they are doing, and get a whole bunch of skills at the same time.  It is also not hard to motivate them to do work either.  :)
